Your article is not correct. Auburn does not make an Ected for every Jeep axle out there. The Chrysler 8.25 has been ignored by Auburn. They have no plans to make one for the 8.25, from the emails they have sent me. XJ and KJ owners are left in the back seat on this product.

Doug, I have a 93 YJ. Ford 8.8 rear, d44 front. I installed an ected in the rear and it has worked flawlessly. I'm running 37/12.5/15 with 4.56 gears and had no problems with engaging or disengaging. I recently swapped my d30 for a 44 in front and am installing an ected in the front also. I don't anticipate any problems and hope it works as well as it does in the the rear.

I am looking for a good selectable locker for the D35 on my TJ. I had thought of putting in an ECTED along with 30 spline axles, bit have read bad reviews of the ECTED (at least for the D30). I have also read about multiple problems for the ARBs. Does anyone have any input? Thanks.
